ATTENTION – Womelsdorf Sewer Authority Customers

Please be advised that beginning in June 2021 Womelsdorf Sewer Authority will be implementing a new billing system for quarterly sewer invoicing. A new company, Diversified Technology, has been contracted to bill and accept payments for these utilities. Please note that all balances will remain payable to Womelsdorf Sewer Authority.

Your upcoming invoice will look similar. Quarterly invoices will include the same sewer charges. The rates for each service will remain the same. All customer account numbers will be updated to include a “WS” before the account number. They will also have 4 digits after the “WS” now. Example: customer “123” will now be “WS0123”

Beginning with the new bill in June, you will NOW have the new option of AUTO-PAY! We included an autopay (Ach) form on the REVERSE SIDE this letter for customers that are interested in this optional program. It will work with any bank account (checking or savings), and this is a FREE, recurring payment program. The FULL sewer balance will withdraw on the due date each quarter for customers that fill out the application and attached a voided check. Customers will also have access to pay bills online and by phone. This automated phone number and additional online payment information will always be shown on your bill. Service fee will apply. Another new feature we are introducing is paperless billing! On the ACH form on the reverse side, you may request E-bills. (emailed bills, instead of paper) This program is also optional, and separate from ACH. You may also call the new billing office to request the e-bills over the phone rather than the form.

This new remittance address will always be on your bill. Your payments will remain payable to “Womelsdorf Sewer Authority”. Payments will NO LONGER be accepted at the borough office and NO CASH will be accepted in the mail! You will need to update to the NEW PAYMENT LOCATION ADDRESS and add your NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER information if you pay through your own bank with electronic checks/payments.
